Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

Support our clients in diverse digital transformation projects across various industries (Luxury, Retail, Services, Industry, Banking/Insurance, Energy…).

Our consultants possess dual expertise—both technical and functional (Finance, Supply Chain, S&OP…). You’ll work on projects that combine both skill sets and have the opportunity to evolve in different environments throughout your assignments.

You’ll collaborate closely with our managers on various types of projects:

  • Digital transformation

  • Process optimization

  • Improving data quality

  • Implementing and enhancing information systems

  • Project management support

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design relevant and innovative solutions while considering all aspects of the client’s context

  • Implement and optimize these solutions following best practices

  • Advise clients on their strategic choices

  • Share your expertise and contribute to knowledge capitalization for users

Throughout your assignments, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in various project phases—scoping, design, implementation, configuration, testing, and client training—as well as internal activities such as CSR initiatives, recruitment, junior training, and intrapreneurship.

Profil recherché

  • You have a good knowledge in finance or logistics

  • You want to work on high-value-added projects

  • You have a strong interest in new technologies

  • You are a team player and enjoy friendly moments with colleagues

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are fluent in English

Process de recrutement

  • Initial HR Screening (30 min via video call)
    Amina or Sarah from our recruitment team will introduce you to MeltOne and discuss your background and career goals.

  • Technical & Experience Discussion (1h)
    You’ll have a deep-dive conversation with a Senior Consultant or Manager about your past achievements and the challenges awaiting you at MeltOne.

    This session will introduce you to our work environment and include a technical assessment with one of our managers.
